Key principles that govern your relationship with asep31
You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use asep31. We enforce strict KYC verification to ensure compliance. Underage gambling is illegal and will result in immediate account termination.
asep31 supports BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay). All funds must come from accounts in your own name. We reserve the right to request proof of funds at any time.
All promotional bonuses carry wagering requirements. Abuse of bonus structures — including multi-accounting or arbitrage betting — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension without prior notice.
Each individual may hold only one active asep31 account. Duplicate accounts will be closed immediately and any associated balances may be forfeited. Accounts are non-transferable and strictly personal.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which asep31 holds its international license. Disputes will be resolved through the dispute resolution mechanisms specified in Section 16 of these Terms.

Use of the asep31 Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your Account:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the Platform. This minimum age applies regardless of whether the laws of your specific locale permit gambling at a younger age. asep31 enforces the 21+ standard without exception, in alignment with responsible gaming best practices for the Indonesian market.
The Platform is primarily intended for residents of Indonesia. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law do so at their own risk and legal responsibility. asep31 operates under an international gaming license and serves Indonesian players as an offshore platform.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You must not be subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement, or other legal restriction that would prevent you from entering agreements.
You must be using the Platform solely for your own personal entertainment and not acting on behalf of any third party. Using the Platform professionally or commercially — including operating as an agent accepting bets on behalf of others — is strictly prohibited.
Age Verification: asep31 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be closed immediately, and any remaining balance will be returned after deducting applicable processing costs.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, using different email addresses, different devices, or different payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your Account. This includes your legal full name (as it appears on your KTP), date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. asep31 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify asep31 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. Failure to maintain accurate Account information may result in delays to payment processing or Account verification.
asep31 is required under its international licensing obligations to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests and on a risk-based schedule throughout the Account lifecycle.
KYC verification is typically completed within 24-48 hours of document submission during business hours (WIB). Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. You may be required to resubmit documents if initial submissions are unclear, expired, or do not match Account details.
asep31 reserves the right to request additional documentation for higher-value transactions, accounts with unusual activity patterns, or as required by our risk management and anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.
asep31 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must originate from an account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
The minimum deposit is Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and Account status. Verified Accounts may request higher deposit limits by contacting customer support.
Deposits via bank transfer and e-wallet typically reflect in your Account balance within 30 seconds to 5 minutes. If your deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact [email protected] with your transaction reference number.
asep31 does not charge deposit fees. Your bank or payment provider may apply processing fees; such fees are the Player's responsibility and are outside the control of asep31.
All deposits must comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. asep31 reserves the right to request proof of funds for any deposit, particularly deposits that are large in size or inconsistent with normal betting activity for the Account. Deposits found to originate from illegitimate sources will be returned and the Account suspended.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account name used for deposits. asep31 supports withdrawals via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. You may not withdraw to a third-party account.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes to 24 hours for verified Accounts during standard business hours (WIB). First-time withdrawals or withdrawals requiring additional KYC verification may take up to 72 hours.
All deposits must be wagered at least 1x (one times) before they become eligible for withdrawal. This anti-fraud measure prevents the Platform from being used as a payment transfer service. Bonus deposits carry separate, higher wagering requirements detailed in Section 7.
Standard Accounts may withdraw up to Rp 50,000,000 per transaction and Rp 200,000,000 per week. VIP Accounts may have higher limits; contact support for details.
asep31 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per calendar month. Additional withdrawals in the same month may incur a processing fee of 1.5% of the withdrawal amount, capped at Rp 50.000.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods. Bonus Terms are published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer. By claiming a bonus, you agree to its specific terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 5x to 35x, depending on the promotion) before they convert to withdrawable real money. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20%. Full contribution percentages are listed in each bonus's specific terms.
While playing with active Bonus Funds, the maximum bet per round is Rp 25.000 (or equivalent). Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
The following behaviors constitute bonus abuse and will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and potential Account suspension:
asep31 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Existing bonuses already credited to Accounts will be honored under their original terms unless abuse is detected.
asep31 reserves the right to refuse any bet or limit stake amounts without providing a reason. Once a bet is confirmed and appears in your Account's betting history with a transaction ID, it is considered accepted. Bets placed after an event has started (except designated in-play markets) may be voided.
Sports bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. Results are typically confirmed within 24 hours of event completion. If an official result is later amended, asep31 reserves the right to re-settle the bet accordingly.
If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or does not start on the scheduled date, all bets on that event will be voided unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours. Casino games affected by technical malfunctions will be voided and stakes returned.
asep31 reserves the right to void any bet placed on odds that were clearly incorrect due to human or technical error (e.g., a favorite listed at 100.00 odds instead of 1.10). In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Player's Account.
All casino games and slots use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) and are regularly audited for fairness by independent testing agencies. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical averages over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee specific outcomes.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the asep31 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:
Enforcement: asep31 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and regularly reviews Player activity. Suspected violations will be investigated thoroughly, and confirmed breaches will result in permanent Account closure and potential referral to law enforcement authorities.
All content on the asep31 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, graphics, game designs, text, images, and audio — is the exclusive property of asep31 or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, perform, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from asep31.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
asep31 uses bank-grade SSL encryption to protect all financial transactions and personal information. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law.

If your Account is suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms, asep31 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance (real money and bonus funds) and withhold such funds as compensation for losses incurred. If termination is not due to Player fault, legitimate balances will be returned after deducting any applicable fees.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, asep31 shall not be liable for:
In any event, asep31's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your Account in the six (6) months immediately preceding the claim.
asep31 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address registered on your Account and/or by prominent notice on the Platform homepage.
Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendments, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your Account. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent changes were made.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which asep31 holds its international gaming license, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration administered under the rules of the applicable arbitration body in the licensing jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
Notwithstanding the above, asep31 reserves the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement of its intellectual property rights or breach of confidentiality obligations.
